Ardentworks Group was commissioned to reimagine a small retail plaza in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of LA, just north, east of downtown. Upon analysis, we identified the triangular parking configuration as a design opportunity, implementing a series of thoughtfully designed outdoor patios that create an elegant transition between parking and retail spaces. Our comprehensive approach included a contemporary refresh of the exterior façade, complemented by the transformation of second-floor spaces into dynamic creative offices. Also included in our scope was branding, signage design and landscape design.
