The Parkview

The Parkview, Los Angeles, CA

Working in close collaboration with Plus Architects, this project is situated in the historic Filipinotown neighborhood just beyond downtown Los Angeles. We embraced the opportunity to incorporate biophilic design principles as a guiding inspiration throughout the development. Our comprehensive scope encompassed exterior façade design, complete interior design of both communal spaces and residential units including corridors, as well as integrated branding and signage design that reinforces the property's distinctive identity within this culturally rich community.
